He has led the financing and development of over 4 GW of power projects, mobilising more than $7 billion in capital. He is a trusted strategic advisor to governments and major DFI, he transforms complex energy and infrastructure projects into tangible realities.

A finance leader with an engineer's precision, David specialises in structuring high value transactions for the energy and infrastructure sectors. With over 15 years’ experience, he has led the financial execution of deals exceeding $4 billion, from complex M&A to innovative project and blended finance in over 27 countries. Formerly a senior advisor at EY, he turns technical challenges into financially robust and investable opportunities.
